Simmer Pots

Apple Pie Bliss Simmer Pot

The scent of a kitchen mid-baking, without anyone having to actually bake.

Apples on the stove, cinnamon in the pot, allspice and nutmeg working their slow chemistry, Apple Pie Bliss is what your kitchen smells like an hour into baking, without anyone having to actually crack an egg.

Best on a Sunday afternoon, the first cold week of fall, or any time the house needs a hug. Simmer low for up to three hours, top off with water as needed, and try not to develop sudden cravings for crust.

Empty the contents of the pouch into a small saucepan or slow cooker.

  2. Step 2

    Cover with water

Add 2-3 cups of water. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, just until you start to smell it.

    Simmer slow

Reduce to low and let it go for up to three hours. Top off with water as it evaporates. Enjoy the air.
