Simmer Pots

Strawberry Fields Simmer Pot

Sun-warm strawberries, fresh mint, and bright lemon, summer in a small pot.

Real dried strawberries with mint and lemon, Strawberry Fields is the simmer pot version of a long afternoon outside, the kind that ends with someone bringing the dessert in from the porch.

Best in the months when the windows want to be open. Three hours of slow simmering, no heavy notes, no winter spice. Just summer.

Ingredients

Strawberries, mint & lemon.

How to use it.

Simple, slow, and worth the three hours. Like soup, the longer it goes, the better the house smells.

  1. Step 1

    Combine

Empty the contents of the pouch into a small saucepan or slow cooker.

  2. Step 2

    Cover with water

Add 2-3 cups of water. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, just until you start to smell it.

  3. Step 3

    Simmer slow

Reduce to low and let it go for up to three hours. Top off with water as it evaporates. Enjoy the air.
