Bath Soaks

Lavender Vanilla Oatmeal Bath Soak

Oatmeal, lavender, vanilla, the bath soak for sensitive skin and a soft landing.

Colloidal-style oatmeal worked into Epsom salts, with lavender and vanilla to soothe and jojoba essential oil to soften. Lavender Vanilla Oatmeal is the bath for sensitive skin, irritated days, and the wind-down that needs to happen gently.

Pour the whole pouch under a warm (not too hot) tap and stay in for twenty minutes or so. The oatmeal makes the water feel almost milky. Best within an hour of bedtime.

Ingredients

Epsom salts, oatmeal, lavender, vanilla & jojoba essential oils.

How to use it.

Three small steps, one long exhale. The good kind of bath takes its time.

  1. Step 1

    Run a hot bath

As hot as you'll comfortably sit in. Light something. Lock the door if you need to.

  2. Step 2

    Pour the pouch

Empty the whole bag under running water or just a portion if you want it to last longer. Let the salts dissolve as the tub fills.

  3. Step 3

    Stay in

Soak for at least 20 minutes: long enough for the milk and salts to do their work. Rinse off rose petals on the way out.
