Bath Soaks
Sore Muscles Bath Soak
Magnesium, mint, and arnica, for the days your body did too much.
A working bath soak, Epsom and pink Himalayan salts heavy on the magnesium, baking soda to soften, arnica flower for the bruise-fighting, plus rosemary and peppermint to wake the whole thing up. Sore Muscles is the blend for after a long walk, a hard workout, or a day of being on your feet too long.
Pour the whole pouch under hot running water and stay in for at least twenty minutes, long enough for the magnesium to do its job. Rinse off afterward. Drink water. Go to bed earlier than you planned.
